Doesn’t fit? Not entirely satisfied? No problem. Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
How it works
You send us an e-mail at email@example.com within 30 days of purchase stating the reason for your return (for example: it didn’t fit; I didn’t like it) as well as your order number.
Make sure these conditions are respected:
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
- Final sale items may not be returned.
- Bodysuits may not be returned.
We send you a return label by e-mail.
Who pays for shipping?
- If you wish to exchange your item for another size, color, or pattern, Demande Générale will gladly pay for your return and ship the right item back to you once we receive your original purchase.
- If you wish to receive a store credit, Demande Générale will also cover your return and issue a store credit in your name.
- If you wish to receive a full refund for your item, you are responsible for the return fees. A 10$ (or 20$ for US) fee will be deducted from your refund when you activate the return label. You will be reimbursed once we receive the merchandise at our warehouse and your refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
